Glycel Herbicide is a non-selective herbicide comprising 41% (w/w) Isopropylamine salt of glyphosate, with the remaining balance consisting of inert materials and auxiliaries. This potent herbicide is highly effective against both annual and perennial grasses, as well as broadleaf weeds in tea plantations and non-cropped areas.
Directions for Use:
Apply Glycel Herbicide at a rate of 820-1230 ml per hectare, diluted in 500 liters of water. Utilize plant protection equipment such as a knapsack sprayer fitted with a flat fan or flood jet nozzle for optimal application. Gator rocking sprayer and knapsack weedicide sprayer are also suitable for use.
Preparation of Spray Solution:
Slowly add the required quantity of Glycel Herbicide to water and stir thoroughly with a stick or rod. For large quantities of spray solution, add the herbicide to a half-filled bucket of water, stir, and then empty the pre-solution into the bulk of water.
Caution:
Spray Glycel Herbicide from ground level, taking care to avoid drift hazard to adjacent crop fields.
Precautions:
Keep away from foodstuffs, empty food containers, and animal food.
Avoid contact with the mouth, eyes, and skin.
Prevent inhalation of spray mist by spraying in the direction of the wind.
Wash contaminated clothes and body parts thoroughly after spraying.
Refrain from smoking, drinking, eating, and chewing while spraying.
Wear full protective clothing during mixing and spraying.
Symptoms of Poisoning:
Symptoms may include headache, nausea, vomiting, giddiness, and convulsions.
First Aid:
If swallowed, induce vomiting by tickling the back of the throat. Do not induce vomiting if the patient is unconscious.
If clothing and skin are contaminated, remove the clothes and wash the contaminated skin with copious amounts of soap and water.
If eyes are contaminated, flush with plenty of saline or clean water for 10 to 15 minutes.
If inhaled, remove the patient to fresh air.
